Contact details you give us (email), technical data (device, pages visited), and — if you use the website questionnaires — the answers you provide before creating an account.
Our questionnaires ask about your age band and skin concerns to route you to the right starting point. These answers are marketing information, not a medical assessment; no clinician reviews them. Responses provided prior to account creation will not be used as part of your medical assessment. They are stored in your browser session, are not written into any medical record, and are not shared with the clinical platform until you create an account and consent to intake. They are sensitive personal information and are never sold.
Once you create an account, your intake, photos and prescriptions are protected health information handled under our Notice of Privacy Practices and HIPAA.
Unsubscribe from any email; request deletion of website data by contacting support. California, Virginia, Colorado and other state residents have additional rights described on request.
Encryption in transit and at rest; access limited to staff who need it.
Template for review by the operator's counsel before launch; operator-specific entities, addresses and license numbers must be inserted.
