Visits

If a clinician does not prescribe, you are not charged for the visit.

Prescriptions

Compounded medications are made for you and cannot be returned once prepared. If a shipment arrives damaged or incorrect, we replace it.

Cancellation

Cancel or pause from your account any time before the next refill is prepared; refills already in preparation ship and are billed.

Support products

Unopened non-prescription products may be returned within 30 days.
