Telehealth consent

By using ATLAS Skin you consent to receive care via telehealth. You understand that telehealth involves electronic communication of medical information, that a clinician may determine telehealth is not appropriate and refer you to in-person care, that no provider–patient relationship exists until a clinician reviews your intake, that there are risks including technology failure and the limits of remote examination, and that you may withdraw consent at any time.
